Smíchov City project wins at prestigious HOF Awards 2021

The Sekyra Group has come out top at the HOF Awards 2021 for Central and Southeastern Europe, which were held in Prague on 23 September 2021. We received the award for the SM1 and SM2 residential and office buildings in the Smíchov City project, which were rated as the best development project in Central and Southeastern Europe.

The awards ceremony was attended by top real estate professionals from ten countries and leading figures from the local real estate market. This year, projects from the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Serbia and Slovakia were entered for the awards.

A selected group of real estate leaders from the region voted using an innovative and transparent voting system, which was complemented by public votes. The award is thus one which is granted by professionals in the industry and the public, for which we are grateful.
