DEJVICE CENTER
The Dejvice Center project focuses on the construction of a complex of modern academic and commercial buildings in Prague 6 - Dejvice. Attractive administrative and commercial premises will be spread over a total area of 103,000 m2. The project consists of a total of five buildings that emerge from a common basement and, together with a shopping centre, will increase the civic amenities available at the site and complete Vítězné náměstí in architectural terms.
Building A, with a facade facing Vítězné náměstí, is designed to have a total
of 20,260 m2 of administrative, retail and residential space. Building B is connected
to the vestibule of Dejvická metro station and seamlessly connects to the current Evropská třída street. The ground and first floors of Building B offer a total area of 7,740 m2 for vendors of luxury brands, with a total of 11,460 m2 available for administrative units on the second to sixth floors.
The third building, E, with a facade facing Jugoslavských partyzánů and Šolínova streets, offers 16,700 m2 of administrative space. The project will also include the construction of two buildings for the Rectorates of the Czech Technical University and University of Chemistry and Technology. The project as a whole is conceived as a walk-through piazza with a view over Vítězné náměstí. A planned 1,760 parking spaces will also make shopping more convenient.
